The manager took photos and submitted them along with a repair estimate of $259. The claim was denied with the explanation that their brushes "do not reach that high." That is simply not true -- the roof and upper areas of the vehicle are contacted by the brushes. I also felt an unusual push on the vehicle during this wash, something I've never experienced despite having used this location many times. By refusing to acknowledge damage clearly caused during their wash, they lost a $38-per-month customer. Use caution -- if your vehicle is damaged here at Whistle Express in Washington, NC, you may be on your own. Based on my experience, I doubt I'm the only one who has had issues. This is the first negative review I've ever written for any business. If possible, I would give zero stars.
