They've given me the run around this entire time telling me they ordered it, held it for 4 weeks, tried to contact me (which they did NOT), and they'd reorder. If I hadn't heard from them by Tuesday, to call. So I did, she wasn't there of course. So today I called AGAIN, highly irritated, they hung up on me twice after trying to talk over me and refused to fix the piece of my mirror that they broke. Had a Silverado, late 2015s, had transmission issues, there were class action lawsuits for this and Chevrolet was fixing them. Service manager looked at me straight face and said that was against corporation not the dealer, would not replace the transmission even though he knew it was failing and part of a class action. Could've fixed the problem but i guess he decided that he couldn't bother chevrolet america and add another service request on a recall where corporation paid. Maybe he was told not to by the owner to maintain a reputation.. Either way, he kept jerking us around until the warranty mileage was up then demanded 8k for a new transmission. We got rid of the truck after they reset the computer and check engine light AGAIN (yeah just unplug the battery) and charged us a diagnotic fee. All in all, it's a shitty dealership ran by shitty people with no morals other than to make money. If you're local then you already know.

After speaking with the service manager I was told would they "would do nothing about the scratches and they had sign in the shop saying not responsible for accidents." The representative said, "Do you have an 'appointment'?" I said, I've never had an appointment in 13 years for oil change, and filter." She said, "Well, now you need an appointment, but we'll 'try' to fit you in." She said, "I can't guarantee we'll get you in." She also said, "Since you have a recall, we can't do your service unless you have the recall done first." I went to talk to the guy that I have been dealing with for years complaining about this and reminding him that I had an appointment last week that wasn't honored. Even though everyone else I talked to used the term "appointment", he dutifully held the new management line and said, It's not an appointment. It's a "check in time." This is total BS.
