Early Morning Breakfast - Lost…read more I had left the hotel before food service started and so I chose to stop at the McDonald's located at 317 Sunburst Hwy Cambridge, MD Prior to going to the kiosk to place my order, I chose to visit the restroom. The restaurant had opened approximately 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Also, much to my surprise, this restaurant has larger restrooms than most due to its location (gateway to Ocean City). Stall doors were open and each revealed such as disgusting mess that I could not even consider using the restroom much less ordering food. I left; went to a nearby convenience store and bought a snack for the road. Disgusting.

The staff was exceptional. They were pleasant, helpful, quick and efficient. Everyone was eating within about 25 minutes. Food was prepared correctly and hot. The store was spotless upon arrival. Very impressed. I haven't been inside an McDonald's in YEARS, I was pleasantly surprised!

I told him he needs to go to another line. I asked for a manager, first manager told the cashier to put up the belt, he will bag. The belt was broken, he left without saying a word. I asked the cashier to ring me up before she rings him up, his last order wasn't even on the belt. The cashier saw another manager at the next register assisting another cashier. The cashier asked her help. The manager told me to go to customer service to be rung up. I just left! This is not an isolated incident with door dash orders. I am not the only person to complain about the store manager not doing anything with these people! If they don't care about their policies and their loyal customers. Then they deserve their business!

Took it back inside to explain and get it corrected. The lady told us that it was the correct blizzard. Me and my wife got the same blizzard and they did not look the same. The lady asked if we wanted something else. My wife said that she didn't want something different , just more chocolate. The lady turned and mumbled something and proceeded to walk away. It was busy for sure but that was a huge customer service punch in the face. Unacceptable. Needless to say, we won't be going back ever. Do it right or don't do it at all.

The bathrooms are not the cleanest I've ever seen, but they were not terrible. The soap dispenser has soap and it's pretty easy to Recognize that the center faucet is water and the two side arms are for air drying your hands. Not sure if this is an updated version compared to the review four years ago, but I had no issues. I'm giving four stars because the posts are all working, the score was well-stocked, the bathroom was serviceable, and the cashier was friendly and efficient.
