Every single time I've been here, they're out of coffee. Not "low," not "in the process of making more"--just completely out. At a place that's built around coffee, that's unacceptable. The bigger issue is the staff. You can't ask a simple question without getting attitude back, like you're the problem for expecting basic service. Employees are yelling across the store at each other, and the whole place feels chaotic and unprofessional. On top of that, it's just dirty. Floors, counters, overall environment--it all feels neglected. There's no sense of pride in the store, and it shows. At this point, they might as well shut this location down and start over, because whatever is going on here clearly isn't working.
