The bigger issue is the staff. You can't ask a simple question without getting attitude back, like you're the problem for expecting basic service. Employees are yelling across the store at each other, and the whole place feels chaotic and unprofessional. On top of that, it's just dirty. Floors, counters, overall environment--it all feels neglected. There's no sense of pride in the store, and it shows.
