My food was cold, dry, and the sides are tiny. Nothing about the food was good at all. The burger patties are tiny despite being called a "double." The cheese curds were cold and hard and fries were soggy and sad. Probably the worst I have ever seen or tasted. The service wasn't great because the person could not hear me despite me repeating myself and raising my voice. When I got to the window to pay no friendliness just pay and go. Traffic kept pushing our lunch later but I didn't give up. Glad we didn't! Staff is awesome, they set a table up for us outside the front door to accommodate our dog. (They even brought him a bowl of water) Equally importantly, the food is delicious! My wife had the hummus and we could tell they made it themselves, nice and fresh! I went with pork souvlaki over their salad and a side of lemon potatoes. The pork is seasoned perfectly and is so tender! They serve it with a creamy dressing that is sublime, the kind of thing you remember for a while. The lemon potatoes were great and also benefited from a dip in that dressing!! Wish we lived nearby, will have to settle for stopping every time we pass by!

There is no way this is what an extra serving of protein is supposed to look like, especially for what Chipotle charges now. I really feel like this only happened because I placed a pickup order. If I would've stood in line and watched my bowl being made, I don't think my portions would've looked anything like this. It's frustrating to pay extra for something and then feel like you got less instead. I don't mind paying for extra food, but I do expect to actually receive what I paid for. This experience was disappointing, and I'll definitely think twice before ordering pickup again. TERRIBLE
