She was very accomodating. I bought my mailbox and attachment plate from Home Depot. Her installer showed up in a few days earlier then expected since he was in the area and our mailbox was an easy job (replacement in same place). He had called the 411 dig people and arrived with them. He dug out the old cement and took it away with our old gross mailbox pole and broken mailbox. We now have a nice stained cedar post and new mailbox. He put the final coat on site. We are very happy. I highly recommend them. You can buy your mailbox from them if you prefer.
