I was given a written quote for x amount of dollars for x amount of boxes and I even calculated the numbers with the sales representative to get a hard number. After several weeks after the work was done they send me a 33% mark up with hidden fees that were not only never discussed but they were nowhere to found anywhere within the four corners of the document. The Kentucky Attorney General's office of consumer protection will be getting a call from me. These guys are probably ripping off millions.
