Nowhere before had they said anything about 2 hours or extra charges. I had no option because it was the last day of my lease. Finally I was charged ~320 which was worse than letting the apartment keep my deposit. The actual cleaning didn't Matter because I was threatened by the rude lady and my entire day wasted waiting for the cleaners. Use this company at your own risk. Ms rude lady on the phone needs to understand that you need to use basic courtesy while talking to customers. Edit - I called 2 times on the day before just to confirm the exact time and date of the appointment. I even got automated text message with scheduled date and time. In today's day and age, these scam businesses just manage online reviews to get innocent vulnerable customers.

The carpets were filthy, with dirt and dust smeared into them, and after being cleaned they looked almost brand new. The vents were clogged up with dust, and after being cleaned it was all removed. The baseboards hade dirt grinded into them, but are now a pure white. I would recommend this service to anybody that wants their house looking new.

No big deal you'd think, but they insisted on a structural engineer to come in and verify the roof structure. Seems odd for just replacing the drywall. They rejected the repair unless I had the structural verification. They insulted my intelligence with this because that is what I do for a living, but the documentation is horrendous. It would cost as much as the repair. I recommend you not use these people as the additional cost on their excuses to not do the work will multiply your expense. (ie. this was not covered by insurance)
