He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! An airbnb cleaner is only as good as the last clean and requires attention to detail. The Aluminum sheet pan was not cleaned, the crumbs are on the floor, and mildew spots are in the bathroom ceiling. Tracey did not report to me that the 3-tier tray decoration was broken nor did he remove the empty boxes nor sweep the leaves in the backstairs. I've hired him as both a handyman and an airbnb cleaner. He can follow specific instructions as a handyman if you give him a lot of feedback. However, he does not do well in the latter and hiring him as an airbnb cleaner would result in guest complaints on cleanliness.

I obviously would need more time than that, which means I would need to pay more for a service I feel I overpaid for as it is. Please Note: They have a $200 minimum and $55/hr AFTER that so of course, our cleaning lady conveniently left a little after 3 hours had passed and the company makes their $200 no matter what.
