I hired Impeccable Cleaning because I am the primary caregiver for my husband at this time, we have a young son, and I work full-time. I received a quick response to the quote request. I was quoted $207 for a 2-hour deep clean. I was told this would include windows, glassware, basic cleaning, walls, bottom boarders, ceiling fans, grout, and doors. In the quote process you must indicate the number of beds and baths in the home. We have 3 beds and 1.5 baths.
1. Only one ceiling fan was cleaned (we have 5 total).
2. None of the bedrooms or bathrooms were mopped.
3. The half bath was not touched.
4. The shower/tub in the main bath was not touched.
5. Only 1 bedroom was dusted.
6. No grout was cleaned.
7. No walls/doors were cleaned.
8. Only baseboards in the kitchen were touched.
9. Nothing was moved, just wiped around.
10. 1 window was cleaned, and 0 mirrors were touched.
There were 2 cleaners, and this took them almost 4 hours.
I am very disappointed to say the least. We have never trusted anyone to clean our home and I just feel taken advantage of at this point. I was not able to be home until they were leaving because I had to have my husband at the wound clinic. I scheduled the appointment because I needed it done, and my dad was here during the time.
Now I am out $200+ and I still have to take the time to clean. I really was hoping to be able to leave a great review and use their services on at least a monthly basis moving forward. read more
