I was quoted $207 for a 2-hour deep clean. I was told this would include windows, glassware, basic cleaning, walls, bottom boarders, ceiling fans, grout, and doors. In the quote process you must indicate the number of beds and baths in the home. We have 3 beds and 1.5 baths. 1. Only one ceiling fan was cleaned (we have 5 total). 2. None of the bedrooms or bathrooms were mopped. 3. The half bath was not touched. 4. The shower/tub in the main bath was not touched. 5. Only 1 bedroom was dusted. 6. No grout was cleaned. 7. No walls/doors were cleaned. 8. Only baseboards in the kitchen were touched. 9. Nothing was moved, just wiped around. 10. 1 window was cleaned, and 0 mirrors were touched. There were 2 cleaners, and this took them almost 4 hours. I am very disappointed to say the least. We have never trusted anyone to clean our home and I just feel taken advantage of at this point. I was not able to be home until they were leaving because I had to have my husband at the wound clinic. I scheduled the appointment because I needed it done, and my dad was here during the time. Now I am out $200+ and I still have to take the time to clean. I really was hoping to be able to leave a great review and use their services on at least a monthly basis moving forward.

She was excellent in her communications, and did an excellent job cleaning. She checked if I was sensitive to any cleaning products, which was much appreciated. Though I said that I was not, I did find the lingering smell of bleach a bit overwhelming and would try to find an alternative for future cleanings. Also, I learned that it is important to specify up front exactly what cleaning is needed to ensure an accurate quote. Which was understandable so she had to leave mid clean, however upon my arrival home I looked around the house to see what was done. I found all my bedroom furniture 3 pieces had something on the surface. I then immediately got a warm rag to wipe down( I don't do messes and this was found on all 3 furniture pieces, looked like some type of spray, that wasn't wiped down) well it ate the finish off of my furniture. I asked what was used and she just said a microfiber cloth. ( this stuff was sticky, if it had a micro fiber cloth used on it, it would have stuck to the stick on my furniture) something was used on my furniture and it is now ruined. Another, cleaner came back on Monday to finish the clean. My whole house was supposed to be deep cleaned. All appliance cleaned, dusted etc. I sent the owner a message and told her I was disappointed in the clean the 2nd cleaner did. Appliances still not cleaned, my daughters room and sons room not touched, no dusting, bathroom wasn't finished..... I took a ton of photos around 40 of things that were not done. She assured me she would come to my home and make sure my house would get clean up to my expectations. I came home from work on the 3rd trial of cleaning. She did send me pictures of things she cleaned, however there were so many things still not cleaned. My bathroom floor was still dirty, not swept or mopped. My kitchen wasn't dusted whatsoever, only the ceiling fan and light fixtures. My bedroom shelves, not touched. My upstairs bathroom only one inside shower door was cleaned and, gunk around thr sink was still there. My living room wasn't throughly dusted, i have cob webs everywhere. I had to pay for services in advance which I had no problem doing. I just was very disappointed. I showed the pictures to a friend who has a cleaning business and she told me she would have fired every person on the crew if they left their clients house in the condition it was in. And, especially after my furniture is ruined. I will definitely go with another company to do a more professional cleaning. What they did clean was good. But, the company didn't do a full cleaning. They missed so much.

I couldn't and he seemed pissed. A little bit later, I got a text from him, canceling because he suddenly realized he was double booked. I thought that was awfully convenient. Against my instinct, I rescheduled with him for July 4 (I typically work M-F but was off for the holiday). The morning of, I had to cancel with him because I was not feeling well. I asked to reschedule it to a Saturday. He said that there was an upcharge for Saturdays. He never mentioned that before. I said no thanks and will not hire him or recommend him to anyone.
