We have been using My Maid / BlueSkies for some time now and have always been pleased with the service that they provide. Some time ago they sent Jen out to clean our house and that was a turning point for us. She did such a great job that we requested that they only send her to clean our home. What is it like to come home from work on a day that Jen has cleaned? When you open the door, the first thing you notice is the smell of clean. Not overpowering or perfumey, just clean. Then you notice that the wood floors are gleaming and the furniture is polished. The bathrooms are sparkling! Jen adds some finishing touches that make you feel like you are in a high end hotel. First time using. They couldn't make the appointment at the last minute. I agreed to postpone. Now they are a no-show for the NEW date! They also guaranteed I would receive priority on the second date. They called to cancel at today's appt time. Wouldn't let me speak to upper management. read more

We have a 3 bedroom 2 story house that's pretty non-traditional. Think a basement rec room, but it's the whole house. Our bookcases aren't dusted...they're full of collectable stuff so I completely am ok with it. I'm happy because the floors are always swept, inside of microwave, toilets, tv screens, ceiling fans are always cleaned. I am super happy with the cleaning they do and understand that everything can't be cleaned because of the amount of stuff we have or they can't reach the area easily. It's important to have realistic expectations as to what can be done with your house, they're a great service. All cleaners leave really nice notes too. read more

Pick a different cleaning company!! They aren't professional and lack in many skills.

I've been using My Maid Service for about 4 months. My first cleaning tech did not mop my downstairs floors (I really thinks she just forgot) but the company sent someone out the same day to complete my floors so I was pleased. Kimberly did my third cleaning and was very thorough and efficient. I love the products she uses to make my sinks sparkle. We have a large space and I will continue to use My Maid Service for my regular services. read more

Service and cleanliness terrible after a couple cleanings. Wasn't even sure if they showed up.

They canceled two cleanings in a row on the day of service. Inconsistent cleans , some crews did a great job and some wouldn't even dust or vacuum. Maybe they should spend more time cleaning and less time making cute triangles with the toilet paper. read more

If you want window cleaning with good customer service and fair pricing, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Blue Skies website seemed pretty straight forward and easy to understand. I could not find any consumer on line reviews, so I hired this company last year to wash the windows in my house. I'm posting this review and warning so that others dont suffer the same experience. After they cleaned my windows last year, over the course of the year I received several mailings and phone calls soliciting follow up business. Eventually, I called and arranged to have my windows cleaned again. The sales rep on the phone confirmed that they would be doing the same job as last year. There was also a confirmation call several days before they were to clean. Imagine my surprise when the window washing 'tech' showed up and informed me that the service would cost $170 MORE than last year (a 70% increase). Believing there must be some kind of error, I showed him last year's invoice and the quoted price on the company's website, and all he could say was that there was a 'little price increase' since last year. Even after several calls to his office, he only offered to knock $10 or $20 off the price. This is clearly a 'bait and switch' operation. Save yourself the aggrivation and use some other window washing service. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I used this company for cleaning services for about a year, first they were my maid service then were bought by Blueskies. I could not be more dissatisfied with them. The only reason I stayed with them for that long was because after about 4 different cleaning women I found one that did a really good job, she left the company because all of her other customers through the company quit. Every time someone was sent to my house, besides my regular woman, I would come home and it looked like they had not done anything at all. Mirrors would not be cleaned, there would still be toothpaste in the bathroom sinks from not being properly cleaned, most furniture would not be dusted. The cleaning that made me quit using the company was when I came home and I noticed the house didn't look they had done anything. My son had spilled some water on the floor I wiped it up with a paper towel and wiped up lots of dirt with the water. I grabbed some more paper towels and checked a few more places on the floor, that's when I realized they had not even mopped the floor. We called and complained, the company did nothing, they didn't even contact us back. They don't believe in keeping the customers they have happy, they believe when one customer quits they can easily be replaced read more

I have utillized My Maid Service one time and had a second time scheduled. The first time two girls were sent and just did an ok job. Some of the things that were supposed to be done were not. When I called with my issues they were immediately addressed and I was told the next time they would send only one girl to perform a complete cleaning of our home. I made my appointment three months in advance and I also had to schedule time off from my job. The day before the cleaning was scheduled they called to inform me they were not able to come on the scheduled date that one of the girls cars broke down and they were short handed. I have years of customer service experience and one thing you never do is blame your service on being short handed - it is not my problem and you are supposed to work it out. When I called the issue was not handled well at all and extremely unprofessional. They did offer to come the next day, however, that is why I had them scheduled to come on the day I did because we were hosting a party. I would not recommend this company. They did not do a good job from the get go and I was going to give them a second chance and you see how well that worked out. read more
