I had to call back and due to the fact their shipping containers are coming in from Vietnam, we bought our furniture in the middle of July and we won't get the sectional until 10/15! On top of that, I misunderstood the gentleman I was placing the back order form and I thought I wouldn't be charged until all 5 pieces were available, that was not the case...... I was charged for the 5 piece sectional as well as the sofa upfront. Which was fine, but now having to be patient and actually WAIT for our sectional to arrive is a bit annoying- especially since e I already paid for it back in July. Overall, I wouldn't mind shopping here again and I never needed that extra stain protection on my Ashley Furniture, so I'm sure we'll be okay now that we have a leather pieces. Yet- being charged for a sectional and then waiting 3 months to receive it AND having to pay an extra $100 shipping surcharge s ms a bit annoying, considering the store was the one that didn't have the item available- unless we wanted to buy the floor model hahaha
