They lost a pair of tuxedo pants and continue to claim they don't have them. And they returned a never worn shirt with grey stains on the collar. They cleaned the shirt again, but who hands something like that back to a customer? So if you have to go here, beware; take pictures of everything you dropped off while at the business until they change their practices and give you a list of everything you've dropped off on your ticket. Otherwise they'll continue to get away with simply claiming they don't have the thing they lost. Or just go to another cleaner. You're likely in better hands if you do.

I was unsuccessful and started to panic because I felt like the stains were a bit visible, and I needed to leave for the wedding in 48 hours! I went to one dry cleaning place, but their turnaround time was not going to cut it, so I called Oxford Cleaners and they said they could have it ready in my timeframe. I felt like the pricing was very fair - it was several dollars more than the first place I checked with, but also, their turnaround time is better. When I got my dress back it looked brand new! It looked brighter and was like-new clean. So happy with their service and will be happy to come back if needed!
