They lost a pair of tuxedo pants and continue to claim they don't have them. And they returned a never worn shirt with grey stains on the collar. They cleaned the shirt again, but who hands something like that back to a customer? So if you have to go here, beware; take pictures of everything you dropped off while at the business until they change their practices and give you a list of everything you've dropped off on your ticket. Otherwise they'll continue to get away with simply claiming they don't have the thing they lost. Or just go to another cleaner. You're likely in better hands if you do.
