When the Movers were almost thru unload ing the truck, I texted Erin and asked how do you want me to pay you thru cash App Zelle ,cash etc. Erin changed the price from 250.00 to 405.00 this was not the agreement. Erin then told the workers to stop unloading the truck and leave. Erin then threatened me with I will call the sheriff on you , I then told Erin I will call them myself , I'm not afraid of the sheriff. You could spend the same elsewhere and be treated way better. Don't hire them. They are crooks. Update: After reviewing the invoice I was also overcharged over $250 which the invoice shows that. I was charged a 17% fuel charge of over $300 for traveling 4 miles. Lastly, today after speaking to David he told me he would call me back to discuss this further and did not. The sales team will tell you everything you want to hear just to get the deposit. They prioritize the sale over the actual move itself. I was told I would get my things the same day (move out date). The sales team guaranteed that the drivers had 14 hours to get my things and make delivery to my new location which was 6 hours away. Sadly, they did not deliver my things the same day. They charged me a hotel fee for the crew since they had to stay overnight. They took their time to have everything delivered the next day. I am working on filing a complaint with their corporate office.

Moving out took nearly 6 hours and the crew arrived 10 minutes late and didn't account for that on my final bill, they made me very uncomfortable and one kept inappropriately flirting and asked about my relationship status and for my number to "hang out." This made me feel quite uncomfortable and unhappy about my moving experience, especially since I was alone. I felt pressured to give him my number so he would leave me alone and get back to moving my stuff and later he texted, called, and sent pictures of himself to my phone months after my move asking to come over, until I finally blocked him. I left a very detailed email expressing my grievances regarding this poorly done move to Amanda hoping she would understand being a woman herself and for me as a customer who had used them before and always tipped the movers well. This wasn't the case. She never responded to my emails and dodged my phone calls. The moving crew dragged their feet, complained, wasted time, arrived late. Damaged almost all my solid wood furniture, scraped paint off of walls, and did in nearly 6 hours what 2 very excellent movers had done in 3 hours only one year prior. I paid more than twice as much for this move as I did an almost identical move from one year before with one less man than I had in this crew. I also feel these men were not respectful of my time which = a lot of money. If you use this company, be careful. I would advise not being alone while they move you like I was. Look elsewhere. Find a different company. If you have an unsatisfactory move, this business has a track record of dodging customer complaints.
