When the Movers were almost thru unload ing the truck, I texted Erin and asked how do you want me to pay you thru cash App Zelle ,cash etc. Erin changed the price from 250.00 to 405.00 this was not the agreement. Erin then told the workers to stop unloading the truck and leave. Erin then threatened me with I will call the sheriff on you , I then told Erin I will call them myself , I'm not afraid of the sheriff. He then sent Laughing emoj's to me acting like a 10 year old kid. This company is a SCAM DON'T USE THEM.

Like they couldn't see the boxes and various items in front of their face! Then when asked they had to have a come back like I thought you were going to use this! They are the movers, not there to think about anything but carrying stuff out. I was their second client of the day and maybe they were tired, that's not my fault. They had bad attitudes, and I was so glad when they left. Not one polite guy in the group. Even woke up my new neighbor with all their laughing and horse play. I have used them once before and they were nice, hard working young people. Very fast and didn't have to be told what to do. This crew was not like that. You live and you learn. I heard lots of breaking glass so I am sure my stemware is all broken. I would not recommend using them. I don't know if Victoria has any good movers.

To my everlasting horror, my furniture (coffee table, dining room chairs, nightstand) arrived at my destination broken and multiple boxes of belongings were lost. They tried to deliver someone else's items to me as well and I had to make them take them back. Boxes were mislabeled, some had no labels at all. They forgot furniture on the first delivery and had to go back and find if at the warehouse. After all this, they said I could file a claim to be compensated for my losses but after paying them $3500 to move me and an estimated $2400 in damages and lost articles, they only sent me a check for $300. Do not use this company. Ever.
