He told them to redo it. He picked it up today, day 8. It smells fresh but has more stains (about 6) than it did when we turned it in and the original stain looks like it was never touched. Husband did say staff was nice. He felt like they would redo it again. However I really don't want to keep washing out stains they are putting on my comforter. Eventually the comforter will wear out. Who knows how many "redos" will need to be done. I gave them a chance to complete a service. I gave them the chance to make it right. They failed both times. I'm done, will not be going back.

Couldn't guarantee stain removal on my formal that look like they became a part of the dress, but the stains came out! I'm actually OK, the woman who works there is a chainsmoker, I couldn't get within 10 feet due to the tobacco smell. Ash was phenomenal with instructions and ensuring I felt comfortable and understood everything. The payment process was extremely easy and everywhere has really clear instructions as well as advice The bathrooms were also extraordinarily clean and overall I felt very safe and comfortable here. The vending machines are also very well stocked and you can use your laundry card as well! One of my favorite features is that you can open up the dryers to check your load and it pauses the cycle versus completely stopping. Also getting text messages when your machine is done is a phenomenal touch! Overall I am grateful I stumbled upon this gem and I know where I am going whenever my washer/dryer cannot handle my comforters
