Once I got it home, I realized that it had never been cleaned so I had to bring it back again to have it cleaned. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned well enough, but there were still spots that I had hoped would have been cleaned out, and I would've expected it to have looked nicer and not be as wrinkled as it was. I called and spoke with them about getting a credit for the poor service and the multiple times I had to come back and was told that no, they cleaned the comforter four times And would not give me my money back. But my best story of Linders excellence is a recent trip with a very expensive heavy sweater (Faherty brand) to alter it in a practical way for me. The sweater was special in that my son gave to me so I love it and wanted to wear it but it was an over the head not a cardigan.
