He quoted me a price for a vehicle that would accommodate four passengers and all our luggage. I confirmed later through text message that we would like to proceed with the transportation booking for the following day. Naeem was so professional. He showed up about 10-15 minutes early and texted me that he had arrived, but patiently waited outside. He assisted us with our bags. The Chevy Suburban was clean, and Naeem provided water for all of us. Naeem conversed easily with my parents, hubby and I. The ride was smooth. The cost, with stopover was similarly priced to an Uber XL without the addition of stopover costs. However with Limo Link I felt like we had a premium experience to what I've experienced with the other ride sharing experiences. I would definitely book with Limo Link again.

They were friendly during the booking processes and promised me a full refund if I was not satisfied. This was one reason we selected them as we were impressed with their confidence in their level of service. The limo windshield was cracked all across from end to end in multiple places and all the windows were dirty. When I asked about the windshield I was told by the driver that this was the only limo available (I was later told by management on the way to pick us up a stone hit the windshield, so which is it?). The AC was also not working properly and although we asked multiple times for it to be adjusted it was not so we were left sweltering in the heat for hours. Lastly the driver would often leave and be unreachable by phone while we waited for him. All in all it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a transport service. To add insult to injury, when I complained it took multiple calls/emails just to get a response (that is if they even respond at all!). Overall I was very disappointed in not only the service on that day but also their customer service, particularly after they promised a full refund initially. Be forewarned, you likely won't get what you paid for!

We recently did the Presqu'ile National Park & Old Mill Alpacas day trip. We had lots of fun…read moredespite the iffy weather. Our tour guide Charmaine is very organized & friendly. It was so nice that everything was laid out clearly. We knew how much time we had for each activity. Our first stop was to the national park. We were getting intermittent rain alternating with sunshine so it was pretty wet. Also the park is on marshlands so even more wet than normal land! lol. We got dropped off by one of the board walking trails. It's very scenic & beautiful despite the rain. The sun came out at times. So nice to get some fresh air & there were birds, frogs, fish all around. Our next stop was at the Presqu'ile lighthouse, beach & visitor center (all near each other). The beach is small & rocky but it was so nice to be near the water. After the lighthouse we got to wander around the small visitor center. It has two single washrooms, a small history room, & a small gift shop. Next was our lunch stop at the Big Apple. There are around 4 food trucks outside the main building. There's a petting zoo also. Inside the main building there are washrooms, a candy store, baked goods, souvenirs, a burger joint & a bar. I liked the big apple but it would be hard to get there without a car. I liked that we got to pay for our own lunch because that also meant we could get whatever we want. Sometimes the day trips include lunch & has a limited menu especially for people with food intolerances. After lunch we got to go to Old Mill Alpacas. Here we got to feed the alpacas, and walk the alpacas. The owner of the farm also did a quick talk about alpacas. It was very interesting! Because of the rain it was muddy of course so we got dirty but I didn't mind as I was prepared with my waterproof boots. Also short trips informed us of weather conditions in an email before the day trip. After the alpacas we had a 30 mins break for dinner at a highway enroute rest stop. Too bad these enroute places don't have better food options. Anyway short trips has no control over that. Our drop off was on time. Overall we really enjoyed our tour with short trips. We would go on another tour with them for sure. Since we don't drive or have a car this is a really nice way to see parts in Ontario we wouldn't normally be able to see.

I don't know why they don't expand to the US like before. Same old day trip same venues always sold…read moreout not much to choose from except venues, which are not interesting. Stick with the old program when you went to the US.
