We used Lavish Limo for our wedding in September of 2024 and had an amazing experience. The 35 passenger full size bus was gorgeous inside and out. We selected this limo company for a funeral actually and to be honest I'm not one to post reviews but this one deserves to be posted to warn others. They were friendly during the booking processes and promised me a full refund if I was not satisfied. This was one reason we selected them as we were impressed with their confidence in their level of service. The limo windshield was cracked all across from end to end in multiple places and all the windows were dirty. When I asked about the windshield I was told by the driver that this was the only limo available (I was later told by management on the way to pick us up a stone hit the windshield, so which is it?). The AC was also not working properly and although we asked multiple times for it to be adjusted it was not so we were left sweltering in the heat for hours. Lastly the driver would often leave and be unreachable by phone while we waited for him. All in all it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a transport service. To add insult to injury, when I complained it took multiple calls/emails just to get a response (that is if they even respond at all!). Overall I was very disappointed in not only the service on that day but also their customer service, particularly after they promised a full refund initially. I had a horrible experience with this company and would absolutely NOT recommend using them. We booked Lavish Limo for my friend's wedding to drive the bridal party to/from the ceremony and the reception venue. The driver arrived 30 minutes late making us (and more importantly, the bride) late to the wedding. Once he finally arrived, we quickly noticed that the AC was broken - the driver claimed he didn't know until he got there. Note that it was July 6 and arguably one of the hottest days of the year. Fast forward to after the ceremony, we all entered the same (broken) limo. There was a bottle of piss warm champagne waiting for us. When asked if there was ice, the driver said "there was, it must have melted". There was not even a drop of water in the bucket that the bottle was in. Also important to note that the champagne class I picked up already had another person's lipstick stain on the rim. The drive was approximately 30 mins, which felt like an eternity as most of the time was spent fanning each other and taking turns by the window. "Window" being singular because the second one was also broken. By the time we arrived to the venue, groomsmen had sweat through their suits and all the bridesmaids' hair had flattened as a result of open windows on the highway mixed with sweat. Aside from the limo being broken, the driver was also extremely unpleasant to work with. When the bride went to file a complaint and ask for the price to be discounted, the manager hung up on her. **This is an original google review that needs to be posted everywhere to out this horrible, unprofessional and disgusting company. ***Lavish Limo dug their hole deeper when they wrote an insulting, disgusting and untruthful review back to this original google review. They continued to make up excuses for their horrible service and accused me of lying (why would I take the time to write a review and lie). They tried to tell me that I squeezed 22 people in a 20 person car. Thats really funny because my contract clearly stated that there would be 10 passengers riding with you that day. You guys are an absolute joke and a disgrace of a company. Do not even try to reply to this review to save your company's image. You are done! What an absolute joke of a company. I don't even know where to begin. I booked Lavish Limo for my bridal party thinking I was in good hands. Was I ever wrong. In the signed contract, Lavish limo was supposed to show up at my house for 1:00 as my ceremony was at 1:30. They showed up at my house at 1:30 making me and my bridesmaids late for my own wedding!! After showing up at the venue late, my bridal party told me that the driver refused to drive to the venue without being paid first so he followed my parents to their house and demanded he be paid first. They also told me that the air conditioning in the car was not working, the champagne was warm, the champagne glasses were dirty with lipstick and the window did not work. They said the driver kept on lying and making excuses for this horrible service. I called the company a few days later to talk to someone about the service I received and was told that the manager wasn't in but would call me back the next day. It was well into the next day and no one called me back so I called the company. I finally got in touch with the manager, Avi. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and was denied. I told Avi about the awful service and he told me he would have to talk to the owner as well as the driver to get his side of the story. I said that was fine and I will wait to hear from him. A week went by and I still did not hear from him so I decided to call Avi back. When I got a hold of him he said he spoke to the driver and started giving me many excuses and reiterating the "policy" of the company. Avi told me that it is in their policy to get paid before they start the service. I told him that maybe if the driver wasn't late he would of had time to collect payment. Avi didn't really seem to care and I told Avi this is unacceptable and he very rudely asked "well what do you want me to do for you?" I said I don't think I should have to pay as much as I did for this awful service. He told me he could credit me $50 for the half hour of service I did not receive because the driver was late and that was all he could do. I told him that was not good enough and he told me to have a good day and hung up on me. He did not care to try and save his company's image. Such an unprofessional and disgusting company.
