I just have to say that the selection of products and service that you receive at Looney Tunes is second to none. Special Kudos goes to the owner, Paul. Paul makes sure you are completely satisfied and will go out of his way to make things right if you run into any issues. For example, I purchased a new vinyl album and when I got it home it skipped. Unfortunately, its hard to prove that this is a defect in the vinyl in a situation like that. But nevertheless, Paul was willing to return it, but first he asked if he could take the record home and work on it and make sure it was free from any manufacturing debris. Therefore, he took his own personal time and took the record home and cleaned it for me that night. The next day I returned to receive the album and when I got it home it played flawlessly! His vinyl is always of excellent quality and his selection changes so frequently that I have missed out on some gems in the past. His CD wall has grown since he sold that beautiful Seeburg juke box: (shame shame Keith). Oh yes, let's not forget the great coffee and large selection of different teas. And last but not least, Keith supports local artists by displaying paintings on his walls. On Sundays, he invites local musicians to perform for those who venture in between 12:00 and 17:00. All in all, one of my favourite spots on the Lake Shore. P.S. Bring in your vinyl and Keith with WASH it for a pittance. The difference will amaze you!

It's a pretty large building, with a lot of booths of antiques, each with their own little specialties. We saw a dazzling array of things, everything from comic books to estate jewelry, to vintage oil cans. Lots of furniture on display. Some hand crafts, but not too many, mostly Mennonite quilts. I could have probably spent an entire day in this place, and there were times when Lee was poring over some of the booths as well. There's a central area for payment, and people there were nice and friendly. It was like going through a little museum in a way. I'd definitely give this place a visit if you're eating lunch or dinner here.

If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia.
