Absolutely disgusting behaviour - avoid this place. I am…read morehonestly furious with how I've been treated. I saw a car on ebay for sale and it was made out to seem from Paul Price Cars as the pictures advertised were at the front of the dealership. I purchased the car in full after viewing it at Paul Price Cars in Oldham and was provided with a warranty. Two months later, after only doing around 300 miles on the car, it had a problem with the brakes and callipers - yes he seems to have sorted the problem but the attitude he had was disgusting, the guy was rude and belittling, he kept saying he's "been doing this job too long, he knows what he's on about" and acting like I didn't know what I was talking about, even thought i was worried about the brakes on the car. When he returned the car to my grandad (as i was working at the time) my grandad questioned him making sure he had repaired the part, he shouted at my grandad saying there's nothing wrong with the car now. As he was leaving, after being very aggressive towards my grandad he threw my car keys on the floor and slammed the car door, forcing my grandad, a nearly 70 year old man, to then have to pick them up. - absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. When I bought the car he made it seem like a proper dealership sale, providing me with a receipt with his dealership name on the top, as well as being very friendly telling me to bring the car back if i have any problems or ever in the future needed work doing, but now there's an issue with the car he's saying it was a private sale. He told me I should of sorted this problem myself instead of returning to his dealership. I ended up having to pay for the work myself. To make things worse, he has now blocked my phone number and even said he would block my grandad's - this is how little he cares about after-sales support. The whole experience has been horrible. Rude, aggressive, dishonest - I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I have. Stay away.

Trying to sell me some bag of nails that had been sat on their forecourts for too long. I knew what I wanted in my mind but they kept dodging what I wanted and showed me something completely different which really, really irritated me. Buying a car is a big decision and I was made to feel that what I wanted wasn't right... when I stopped off at Paul Price, I met Mike who just let me know that if I needed him, he'd be in the office. I was free to roam. There are no "salesmen" here breathing down your neck waiting to earn their commission off you. I had a look around on my own for a good 20 minutes before going into the office to have a chat. Mike actually asked me "what car are you looking for?" So we had a chat and he gave me a few options before I said I liked one of the Astra's on the forecourt. He grabbed the keys, took me out for a test drive and explained everything about the car. Age, mileage, where they bought it from and everything in between! We got back to the office and I bought the car there and then! Since buying the car, I have taken it back for 2 services and MOT's and it's also had a couple of minor repairs done here. You just give them a ring, they ask when it's best for you to come down or they'll arrange collection and drop off and they get the job done quickly. The after sales care is truly outstanding! In the 2 years that I've been going to this garage, I have met Paul, Mike, Patrick and his younger brother (I've forgotten his name though!) and the mechanic himself, And I know that as soon as I need anything, I can give them a call and they'll get it sorted for me. I'm so happy I bought from this dealer... they've really got the customer at the heart of everything they do and it's like being welcomed into the family. My customer loyalty will now be with Paul Price. Keep up the amazing work

The dealership is quite nice, although typical for both RRG and Peugeot, with it not really standing out to other RRG Peugeot dealerships, such as the one in Rochdale. They do sell flagship cars for Peugeot mainly, which are unlocked on the inside, to take a look at. The salesmen here seemed a little poor, honestly they seemed a little boring, and far from engaging, they simply seemed like very poor salesman, which is quite uncommon compared to other RRG garages I have visited, including Skoda and Toyota. This dealership doesn't have a great vibe in it, to spend a while, the layout seems to be the only thing different to the Rochdale store, and a few other minor tweaks means Rochdale is of course nicer as a whole, meaning this one is simply the Brian Kidd, to his Manuel Pellegrini, so I can only give 2 stars, which I still feel is a little generous, but is more deserving rather than a single one star.

AVOID at all costs ! first off if I could leave no stars I would. This rogue company took me for a…read moremerry dance. I saw an advert on ebay and autotrader for a merc c320 cdi it had a c63 full conversion. also mentioned was that it had a cat d and had been fully repaired (NOT) what a joke this company turned out to be. They took a deposit of £500 and I told them to have it ready for next Wednesday. anyways I went to pick it up and it wasn't even ready, My frustration was that I just travelled 230 miles to find its not even ready. Purchase of the balance was completed and I had a part ex all in all this car cost me £20k. I signed some paperwork for a 3 months rac warrenty which was never ever received. after test driving the car I found the sat nav was not working and many of the warnings for seat bealt srs airbags were coming on. I was fobbed off and said this is minor and can be cleared at any garage with diagnostic machine etc. It was only 2 hrs later that Iafter filling up diesel in the car that the engine management light come on. So it was late and I went back following day as I stayed the night in Oldham. I mentioned all the faults found and they said u can get it all done its minor. I said well if its anymore than minor can I forward u the bill hey said that's fine. I drove back to Cardiff, and wrote to revolution moters many times and text them on sms. the answers if any were shocking. The company hasn't a clue how to deal with customers and they make excuses for everything. I also found the radiator and fan assembly was very lose was held on by floating bolts. on further investigation I found the air con never worked even after having it refilled. many pipes for aircon on front was all kinked and condenser was all bent and hanging on one bracket. the rad fan was buckled and making vibration through the whole car. so I thought I would get an engineers report cost me £150 but worth it as they told me that its only worth £13k in the state it is and hasn't been repaired to a good standard at all. On writing to revolution moters many times the replies were we wont contribute nothing - you tested the car and was happy to purchase. So I phone citizen advice and told them everything. they said u can refuse the car. I was just about to take them to small claims court but realised that my initial deposit of £500 was paid via a credit card. After reading on line about section 75 -- this is the route I chose I got in touch with credit card company and served a section 75 for the tune of £20k + £2k for out of pocket expenses. It took about a month and lots of paper work and eventialy I now got £20k off the credit card company and the ccc took the car and I have a merc same year model in perfect condition. Be very careful of these cowboys. I found that printing off these reviews helped me with my case. I also found this company has been done for clocking cars a few years ago by Oldham council, They were found guilty and fined £7k + Most of the cars that are sold by this company are CAT D and they use very clever marketing tactics to lure u to buy and once they have your money look out. BTW all the high star reviews are done by themselves so don't be fooled u can see the same lingo through those reviews and spelling mistakes.
