Layers of pastry cream with a chocolate cake bottom and chocolate ganache top. The pistachio layer was thick and had great texture and flavor. Other items observed were several chunky soft looking cookies that will be included in my next haul. Also interesting crispy tea cookies of intriguing flavors.
