Having tired of strip mall quickies or more expensive nail spas focusing on acrylic nails, but short on quality of service, I was looking for a higher standard. The technicians were equal to or above what I have found elsewhere even at hotels, cruises and private spas. Finally, I have found a place that is top rate and highly enjoyable at a reasonable cost as well. I am looking forward to many more mani-pedis. And I can't wait to schedule a massage.

After getting undressed, I did have to wait about 6-8 minutes before she came back. She was switching music on and off in my room trying to set the vibe and getting everything ready. No big deal, but I wish I could've started on time. The massage was good, she took her time and got my knots out on my back and shoulders. The extra $30 I paid for the foot massage was not worth it, in my opinion. I wish she would've massaged the soles and heels more. Overall, it was a good experience but I'm not sure I'll go back for the price.

Not to mention she is just a really cool person (I mean, Harry Potter themed spa, so obviously)! I would highly recommend anyone to go to her. She's the best!!!

The woman that did them, Kendra, applied too much adhesive to my natural eyelashes. Soon after that, my real eyelashes fell out because the false lashes were too heavy with the glue. So I received the cancellation text and ignored it like she said to do. I came in today at my appointment time and they couldn't find me on the books. Not cool! I was told there's another person that might be able to do it tomorrow and she'll call me. This is the first time for such a bad mess up. :( I really needed this before surgery.

I came two hours before my treatment and enjoyed laying out by the pool, soaking in the hot tub and sweating out some toxins in the sauna. The showers have this nice eucalyptus aroma therapy you can use. Loved it. The only criticism I have is they need better signage from the lobby.
