Just a few months later I had an emergency after chipping a tooth the day before traveling and they got me in immediately, made me feel so much better after the stress and fear of what it'd look like and how long it would last. I really wanted to give that one front office staff member the benefit of the doubt the first time I came but she was rude again the second time I came by. Upon checkout, she was on the phone with someone arguing with them in a very belligerent tone of voice.
