Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. It kinda hurts if your gums had inflammation, with that tool, the lower score you get the better. All that aside, the deep cleaning was a game changer. The third time, I researched several dentistry places and this was the one I decided to go with.. there weren't any reviews for this place, so I told myself.. it doesn't hurt to just try out this place. The dentist was honest about what he was telling me about the status of my teeth. He was polite and friendly. He handled my teeth very carefully.. the only thing I didn't like was his assistant.
