I mean literally, he looked at it, touched the post, and said, "Doesn't fit" without doing any inspection or even cleaning of the abutment and crown. It was incredulous. Went home and reseated it myself for $10. Other honorable mentions: 1. A $50 fee for being *10* minutes late? And you want my SSN and employment now? 2. A "savings plan" (red flag) that, for $300 a year gives 25% off all dental work. How are the prices, then? Approximately 20% higher than the median price for dental work in the area. So, pay $300 out of pocket to bring the prices back to reality. So you don't want to do a simple procedure. OK. But selling someone an engine when all they need is an oil change-- someone is going to fall for this and I find that unconscionable.

I was nervous coming here mainly due to the reviews, however there was one review that Yelp did not post for all to see that helped me choose this office. It was one written by Torre, and I agree with all she said. The office was organized, thorough and personable. Kesha, the manager, was upfront and knowledgeable regarding my insurance and also when it came time to go over the cost, she was able to explain options that I might be able to do. Taylor, the assistant was friendly and fast, especially when it came to take those xrays that usually hurt, she made it quick and painless. Michelle, the hygienst was very thorough, she explained my x-rays in detail and had taken photos of my teeth and gums and then explained to me what she was looking at, she also explained what the difference was between a deep cleaning (since I asked what that was) versus a scaling root planing. She then proceeded to explain everything she was doing to me as she was doing it. Even when it came time for the obigatory "poking the gums", now I understand why, and this helps lower my dental anxiety. Dr. Kat, was super friendly & very laid back. She also explained everything so that I could understand why I needed what I needed. All in all, I would recommend this office. It took 5 months to get back the OSHA fees and LAB fees which were fraudulently billed by the old owners. So sad that they took advantage of in-network additional billing that was not allowed. Old owners just ignored it but the new doc did the right thing! I hope this practice learns from this experience and treats patients the right way without tacky billing ideas.

There is a new hygienist - the other retired - so there is little turn over in this practice! She introduced herself to me as she was holding the door from the waiting room. When I mentioned I have sensitive teeth, and the cleaning is usually painful, she applied something to both sides of my teeth, not a numbing cream, but whatever it was, was great! No tenderness at all. As usual, Dr. Schwenk came in, re-did the exam, we discussed some potential cosmetic work I want to do, and we were done. Did not know what to expect, although one of my close relative is one of their patients and told me about their quality works. The young male dentist, I believe his name is Dr. Solomon Yakubov was so very nice & patient. He exam my teeth and explained every thing in details and put in the language that I totally understood. Also the American African lady from the front desk was also very nice. However, I did not care for the caucasian lady very much. We did not head it off very well, however, I know I am a very difficult patient, so that's probably why. They gave me a quote and it was very reasonable I believe since the prices for dental cares are off the roof these days. Although the price they gave me was only slightly higher then my original quote from another dental office. Plus, I have been on very tight budget since of my medical disability, so I have to watch where my every dollar goes. Only if I did not already have appointment with another dental office this afternoon and with the amount of exams they put into. I will definitely have Dr. Yakubov as my choice. Thank you & sorry.

I was a patient of Dr. Roaches. He put to put two implants in my mouth and one of them was not…read moreright.This implant was always coming loose. They told me that he use third-party parts. It needs to be fixed and they wanted to help me out and they quoted me a price of $1900. I have a very good dental plan that covers implants so I wanted them to turn it into my insurance. They turned it into my insurance got another 500 and now I have a statement for $531 more so if you have insurance they will charge you $1000 more. They will switch the price when you have the procedure done. Please do not go here if you are one of Dr. Roach's old patients. They can't even update my address. I have not lived at the that Dr. Roach had on file in five years. I gave them my new address. They have been sending the statement there. I received an email yesterday stating my bill was past due. The office manager will sit in her corner office and is too good to speak to you. I have never seen Laura Koch in this office. The only dentist that I have seen here is Dr. Shoal Adesoji-Stokes.
