I watched the other employee take the clothing set over to her and the manager rolled her eyes, said they don't belong together, tore the swift attachment apart, and told the employee to tell me the outfit was two different prices. Your staff's lack of attention to detail when putting sets back together is not my problem. You had an item with 4 different prices; you go with the lowest price period! It's not my fault your employees were not mindful. This is not the first time I have had issues with management not giving the price as marked. Between the consistent terrible customer service, the long lines, the overcrowded shelves, and the racks never zoned correctly, it will be a while before I return to this location.

Then scanned it and tried to get her to put her Social Security number into the machine. I stopped her right there and said She specifically said she doesn't want to apply for credit card. Spring has sprung, and thus it's time to go shopping again. I really feel I'm the one who clearly…read moreneeds new clothes, but alas, it was all about my daughter. She is growing (sniff, sniff), and she really needed some new stuff for the season. I was initially going to go to Justice, but I felt Old Navy was a much wiser decision, because their clothes are a lot more reasonable. I really don't care for the layout here. It's so chaotic to me, with clothes and stuff everywhere, but then some might like that. I was a bit overwhelmed. There were cute rompers and some cute tops. The only thing, and this certainly is not endogenous to just Old Navy, but I wish the shorts had a line for extra slim. My child fits three sizes smaller than her age, and even then, can pull them down without even having to unbutton, but the shorts are a bit short on her then. I have this problem everywhere I go. I'd say there are some good finds here, cute clothes, but don't expect top of the line quality. I think for a season, they are perfect and the price is right. I got a ton of stuff for her for under $200. Checking out was a pain. They had like 5 cashiers, but the process still took about half an hour waiting and then the actual checkout. Hence why I love online shopping. Physically coming to stores makes me cringe, unless it's my favorite athletic store. But I really had no choice, because I wasn't sure what would fit her, and she needs to try things on. They are always running sales, and I'd say this is a great store for getting your child in gear. I should mention they also have clothing for men, women, and boys as well. Solid choice to shop for the whole family. I'd definitely shop here again, but more preferably online now that I have her sizing down.

Some knit-wit changed it, and now one cannot even find any men's stuff on sale/clearance. I had to ask.....and the help had to ask somebody where it was????? All the reason I USED to shop there. Store is ultra messy/sloppy. Read the reviews on here and Google....check out lines are slow and take longer than finding clothes. Looks like they need a new manager to bring in some changes.
