I walked in, didn't get very far inside before I was stopped by these vibrant, hand-painted hats. OMG. Such a variety of shapes, colors, I didn't know which to get, but I had to have one. I walked further into the store and my eye caught so many beautiful dresses that were screaming, "me, me, me". My girlfriends were busy buying these groovy sunglasses but then reminded me of our mission and it was not to shop. I will be back because I can tell it's going to become my new obsession.

This is the perfect shop to find that special souvenir item that you wear season after season and always conjures up fond memories. A salesperson who is not attentive or barely polite is a disincentive to buyers who can spend their money any place they choose. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.

When the salespeople rang up the order, they refused to take the 20% off, because it was "on in store purchases only". I call this BAIT AND SWITCH. The sales person brought out two other pairs of Kork Ease shoes in another style, but of course they were not what I wanted. This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. Have no desire to go back anytime soon if they take advantage of loyal customers.

These people are liars. We called specifically asking after a certain item yesterday and were told…read morethat it was available. We then drove up from midtown Atlanta because of this information, only to now be told that the item hasn't been in stock for weeks. I love wasting my time and gas money for nothing. And what's worse is, in the past we have always gotten good service. What a disappointment all around. Edited to add that one--and only one--employee seemed legitimately sympathetic to our situation and helped us find something for our troubles.
