The studio is always spotless and very well maintained, which makes every workout feel comfortable and inviting. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help -- whether it's answering questions, explaining the workouts, or just offering encouragement. I really appreciate how consistent the environment is. It's welcoming, motivating, and never feels intimidating. The workouts themselves are efficient and challenging, and I've seen great results since becoming a member. They're also introducing new machines in the FX Zone, which is a huge plus and shows they're continuing to invest in improving the studio. It definitely sets them apart from other studios in the area. If you're thinking about trying HOTWORX, I highly recommend it -- you truly won't regret it!

It's 15 mins each and starts immediately after one another, with no break. It's in 126 degrees sauna rooms, so make sure you bring ur water bottle! Hot Blast- combination of upper and lower body workouts. Love the full body workout Hot Thunder- water rower using their water tank pully system . Great for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip. My arms were giving out trying to keep pace with the virtual instructors! (The instructors didn't have water in their rower btw so that's why they're faster) Hot Cycle- great cycling and most popular here. Awesome cardio ! I've also tried their mat Pilates from a different day, those are really great body workouts too! It's 24/7 so it's super convenient.

Long overdue review for Peach Body Studio! I signed up for…read moreone of their programs last year and truly enjoyed my experience. One of the things I loved most was the atmosphere--it's an all-women's studio, which made it feel comfortable, supportive, and never overcrowded or overwhelming. All of the trainers are amazing--encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. I especially appreciated how welcoming everyone was, no matter your fitness level. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to renew my membership due to what I initially thought was a minor walking injury I experienced in June. After an X-ray, my doctor said everything looked fine, so I continued working out at Peach Body with modified exercises. Toward the end of my membership, I even transitioned into personal training sessions with Cheli, which helped me tremendously. I had every intention of rejoining after my six-month membership, but I had a trip to Spain planned. When I returned, my knee still wasn't improving. I ended up seeing a new doctor and, after an MRI in January, found out I had a torn meniscus. Fast forward to February, I underwent meniscus arthroscopy surgery. I'm currently on the road to recovery (still in a full leg brace), but I'm hopeful and looking forward to rejoining Peach Body Studio in a few months once I'm fully healed. Overall, I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive, empowering environment with fantastic trainers!

I actually found PeachBody after having a really bad experience at a previous gym, so I was a bit hesitant at first. But from the moment I started here, everything felt different. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and truly empowering. What I appreciate most is how comfortable I feel during my workouts. It's not intimidating, and there's a strong sense of community. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about our progress. They always striving to educate us--whether it's proper form, technique, or understanding how to get the best results and our diet which makes a huge difference. The workouts are effective and focused, especially for glute and full-body sculpting. I've noticed improvements in my strength and confidence, which has been really motivating. I'm really grateful I found this place. It's a space where I feel supported by others and encouraged to keep showing up for myself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive, women-focused fitness community! I would like to add too HUMOR! Expect To Laugh A Lot!

The workout itself looked intense and pushed the class to the edge. No one was coasting, and the pace stayed high the entire time. Autumn stayed locked in with her group, motivating and pushing them without letting the energy drop. You could see how much the class fed off her. Her motivation felt real, not forced, and it showed in the effort everyone was giving. Even just watching from the side, it was obvious her energy is unmatched. She's the kind of coach that makes people push harder and stay engaged.

This gym is completely unrecognizable from what it used to be. What once felt like a true community…read morenow feels like a corporate rebrand that forgot the people who built it. The culture has shifted away from the diverse, welcoming vibe that reflected Ontario and into a loud, performative, hyper- bro, heavy metal/rock atmosphere. It's not technically "bro only," but if you're not part of that energy, you're effectively invisible. When new ownership came in, they fired the long-time employees who made the gym feel like home, and since then the environment has become uncomfortable and oddly transactional. The vibe now feels performative rather than genuine. The trainers are loud for the sake of being loud, hyped to an almost cracked-out level that feels disingenuous instead of motivating. The favoritism is impossible to miss. I'm here weekly, and Miguel, the owner, has never once acknowledged my existence. No hello. No nod. No eye contact. Meanwhile, he's fist-bumping the men on either side of me like it's a frat boy reunion. Every. Single. Time. As a woman, it's hard not to see the pattern. He'll happily engage with the conventionally attractive women, but if you're just a normal person trying to work out, you're ignored. If you're not ripped, or radiating alpha energy, you're background noise. It's giving used car salesman confidence with a dash of outdated male chauvinism.. A gym should empower people and make them feel welcome, not dismissed or overlooked. It's genuinely disappointing to watch a once inclusive space push away the very community that made it successful in the first place. P.s. please diversify the music again! We need some reggaton, rap, and EDM... It's missing some Ontario culture.

But this is not a gym; it is a training facility where you work with trainers to tackle your physical goals. Next, this is about my trainer, Kevin Abandy. Kevin has been my trainer for exactly 8 weeks now and he is awesome! I made the decision to get a trainer after my birthday to truly invest in myself. You can invest in your own skills and education, but the return is almost always indirect. But with a trainer, specifically Kevin, I gained 8 lbs of muscle mass and lost 8% body fat (approx. 13-lbs of fat) after 8 weeks of training with him. Also, at the start of my training, I had back pain (from past injury to T12) and knee pains (from under the kneecap). Through Kevin's program and coaching, my pain has been reduced to near 0 with full mobility -- like squatting all the way down and up with 200-lbs of weight on my shoulders with no knee pain. I would give a 1-star review to keep it from getting crowded, but it would be hard for me to not tell others about the good that comes out of this place. My mom is 70 and she's training with Kevin too! And the story is the same for her... knee pains - GONE. Back pains - GONE. If you're reading this and decide to get a consultation with Kevin, please let him know you saw Alex's review so he knows his method is making an impact.

Kacy is big on progression and basically operates under the assumption that you can always go up in weight, which has pushed my strength up (especially hip thrusts and RDLs). It's small group training, which keeps the energy up because everyone's working at the same time. He'll keep you accountable and make sure you finish your sets and there's a decent chance you'll leave with a random nickname you didn't ask for but it does keep things entertaining. In my first month I've already seen measurable changes in strength and body composition, so it's been interesting to see the progress show up pretty quickly. Curious to see what the next couple months look like.

I always seemed to over-strain something and end up injured, so I was pretty hesitant about jumping back into weight training after having a baby. That's when I decided to look for a personal trainer. From day one, I was impressed by Kacy's knowledge and expertise. He has this uncanny ability to gauge exactly how much I can lift just by watching me do a single set--which I'm guessing comes from years of experience, but it's still impressive to see in action. Here's the thing about Kacy that might throw you off at first: he often looks distracted, like he's not paying attention. But don't let that fool you! He's tracking everything--your form, your reps, your timing--and he'll call you out if you're slacking on your sets. It's actually kind of amazing how dialed in he is even when it doesn't look like it. If you're looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will push you and keep you accountable (even when you think he's not watching), Kacy's your guy. Highly recommend!

I didn't fully believe him -- but I decided to trust the process and do exactly what he told me. I didn't miss workouts, I followed the nutrition plan, and I trusted the process even on the days it felt hard. Three months later, I lost the 60 pounds. But the weight loss is only part of the story. Before working with Coley, I used to wake up every morning dreading the day because my body hurt so much. Now I wake up motivated and I'm training to race a triathlon this year. As a father, this transformation means everything to me. Working with Coley has likely added years back to my life -- years that I'll get to spend watching my kids grow up. That's something I'll always be grateful for. He didn't just throw workouts at me and hope for the best he really listened to what my body was going through and built workouts that helped me get stronger without making my injuries worse. Over time, I hit my goal and lost the 65 pounds I needed to lose. Even more important, my back pain is gone and my quality of life is so much better. I move differently, I feel stronger, and I have so much more confidence in my body again. Coley is the real deal. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about his clients and will hold you accountable, he's your guy.
