He had the best price and moved his scheduled around to accommodate my current needs (house selling, inspections, etc) He was there early and had finished by the time he was actually supposed to be there. It was a simple outlet issue and instead of charging for the outlet, he showed me that the outlet was good just needed to be rewired. He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. I prefer mom and pop shops to chain stores. Sometimes it's a bit busy in there, but you do get very personalized attention. I took 2 lamps to be repaired there and they charged me only $20 apiece. I also took a chandelier to have some work done and get cleaned up, and they did a beautiful job at a very fair price. It was far less than I expected. I needed a light for a powder room and was trying to decide on a couple. They took down the display models, wired them so I could plug them into an outlet, and let me take them home to check them out in my bathroom. They didn't charge me anything to do so! It's a good thing I did take them home, because the one I thought I preferred would nit work out there. So it was good I had the back up. That one also happened to be on sale, and I got a much better price than I expected. I bought a ceiling fan as well. Upon installing it, the motor wasn't working properly. The store ordered another to replace it. Again, they were very helpful and offered to replace it immediately.

I wanted two standard 3way wired switches installed by the front door, since it was unsafe walking in the dark just to turn on the light on the other end of the room. I also requested that an exhaust fan be installed in the bathroom, since the moisture had nowhere to escape, causing water stains to show. I got a few quotes from yelp! but AD Electrical seemed to me to be the most reliable and reasable when it came to the overall price of the project as far as i can tell; I even asked him about alternate ways to save money and he broke down the pros and cons, if I chose one over the other. For example: a wired switch vs a smart one or the exhaust ducked work placed on the side of the home or on the roof, he said on the side of the home would be more expensive so we went with the roof and the best part everthing was done very quickly with no delays or hiccups. Reviewing the work after the fact l noticed that two smart switch were installed instead of what we agreed on, so there was a bit a of miscommunication there but no worries since it would have been a lot harder and more expensive to do, this way was easier and less expensive. Lastly the exhaust seems to be a quite one but I'm not sure, since it seems to be running very weak as if it can't remove the moisture from the air at an optimal pace.

We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.
