Keith Walther Roofing replaced the roof on my property in Milton, FL and did a great job from start…read moreto finish. I received multiple quotes before choosing Keith. He was responsive, answered my questions directly, explained the materials and warranty options, and kept me updated throughout the project. During tear-off, they found damaged decking that needed replacement and provided photo documentation of the repairs. The crew completed the roof quickly, the job passed Santa Rosa County inspection, and I received the permit, inspection report, certificate of completion, and project photos. The final roof includes a full shingle replacement and low-slope roofing sections, and everything was completed according to code. If you're looking for a roofing company that communicates well and follows through on what they promise, I would recommend Keith Walther Roofing.

I spoke with Sammy Dean who introduced their company and shared in detail what materials would be used to replace my existing roof. I was offered a clear understanding of what the timeline for the roof replacement would be and told how they would protect my home and shrubs. I was amazed the day the crew came to start the project. It was like a well oiled machine, each knowing their task. All people I spoke to with Keith Walther Roofing were pleasant and professional from the office staff, to the sales rep (who was also the overseer of the project, Sammy Dean) and the hard working crew of roofers. This was a job well done.

When I called Josh regarding a major problem, in which I showed him pictures, he immediately jumped into action and did what an excellent sales person does. He ordered new parts for my cabinets, but he also came out to see what had happened. His manager also came out to look at the issue. They sent out a wonderful installer, Josh Hall Jr. to install the new cabinets. They also reinforced them with additional brackets to hold up the shelves. I also have to say that Josh was very helpful with scheduling changes since there were health issues in my family which caused me to adjust or change schedules. Josh Webb isn't a sales person that just sells he cares about his clients being completely satisfied with his products.

Contracted with Aaron Trommelen of Specialty Construction to erect a metal carport from a kit I…read morepurchased from a vendor, and build a wooden platform for metal steps to abut to. This was to be shade and shelter from rain for my camper. After some delays ( Aaron seemed to be doing this as a side job and only when not working on his primary projects) the shelter was completed and looks good, sturdy. The project was abandoned when the camper was backed under the shelter and I went out of town for a month. Yes I know I should not have paid in full until the job was comlplete. I did however pay in full and gave him $3,400- $200 more than I agreed to because I felt the job was good and I trusted him. The platform was never completed by him although upon contact when I got back he said he would. I also discovered the shelter leaks significantly. Eight weeks after the original shelter was completed I finally paid someone else to move the partially constructed platform in place and complete it. The shelter still leaks. It seems Aaron Trommelen is now working out of town. The least he could have done is let me know what was happening. I feel I was very understanding of all of the delays but in the end he stopped responding. Aaron Trommelen of Specialty Construction is not a man of his word and not to be trusted.

So to begin - we, the customer, did the total demolition - they started with stud walls and ceiling, the concrete demo was accomplished per Arista's / Marks specs, they had to remove nothing except their trash they made day to day. Length of job 5 months - started in June finished October. So we could go in detail as to all that went wrong and Mark will probably dispute each and every claim we make, but in the end if proof is needed we have pictures of the work and the bogus receipts we received upon request. The sub-contractors this company uses are deplorable from the sheet rocker (Mitch Smith Drywall and repair), to the electrician (Get wired electric), the countertop company (PGI professional granite installations), the building supply store (Pittman Pea Ridge Cash and Carry) and the cabinet builders / installer (Solid Solutions Custom Cabinet). Not one of them gave a detail invoice even though we requested them as such. We have come to the conclusion that using a general contractor business at this day and age is just not worth the money or time
