And the work they had done for me previously was not under warranty any longer. Who would warranty a 20 year old pump?! If you use them you risk horrible communication and the possibility that they are going to throw a 20+ year old pump in your basin.

After first getting a water test and treatment quote from another contractor, we called North Carolina Water Consultants. Eddie, the owner, came out to test our water and propose solutions. One look at a stained toilet and tank and he said we had an iron/manganese problem. His on-site testing confirmed this as well as other water related issues. Eddie proposed a system comprised of ion exchange, ultraviolet, reverse osmosis and sediment filters as well as completely sanitizing our entire existing plumbing system. We agreed on a system equipment location and two days later a crew of six technicians showed up for the install. These guys were awesome- clean, respectful, efficient and very knowledgeable. By early afternoon our installation was complete, and we were ready to enjoy pure, clean water without the constant staining in the toilets. Needless to say, we will definitely recommend North Carolina Water consultants to anyone in need of better water!
