Today it can be unusual to have professional and honest service. I called Rowan Well Drilling and received the absolute best response and service. Not only were they polite and professional, but they explained everything to me showed me the damage that was done with my pipes and explained what needed to be done to my pump. That is what you a service technician someone that can walk you through what is going on and show you so that you can see where your money will be used and will were very professional. I had no doubt that they knew what they were talking about and I really appreciate that. I just called yesterday and today all my water issues are fixed now you can't do better than that so thanks to Travis and to John and also to the staff who I talked to when I called because those ladies were very sweet, polite and professional as well. Johnny Lanning, from Rowan Well Drilling came on a cold Sunday, to fix our well. He answered our call immediately, and came within a few hours of contact. He came prepared, with the right parts, and in under an hour, repaired the problem. He also assessed other potential issues, (it's a 50 year old well), and arranged to have a follow-up call next week, to report on the repair, and tank pressure. I can't give a minus star. They are nothing but shit. The wife came out to bid the job. Couldn't find my address because she didn't want to listen to My directions. She said they'd put in a drop in pump. But her husband had an old above the ground pump on the shelf to get rid of. He puts that in. I ask him to replace all the old pvc like his wife said. He says it's fine. In two minutes after he's gone it all blows. He refuses to answer any calls. I try to fix it. I still have no water. I call the water dr. Who Rowan well subs out to. But Rowan well has a piece of shit on the shelf they want to get rid of. So they put this pump in for me. Well dr has to fix it for Rowan well. Because Rowan well refuses to answer the calls. So it's been 2 yrs. I have to call water dr frequently so I can fill the water for my hens. And my goats. I rarely get to shower. Most of the time I can't do my dishes. Rowan well? Shit heads. Laundry? Can't do that either. Wash dishes? Nope. Shower? Nope. Have to be careful to get water to hens and goats. read more

I found out about Rowan Well Drilling a few weeks ago from a neighbor. She had used them for years and had always been happy with them. I got a chance to talk with Spencer on a service call at her house one day and although he was working, he was friendly and patient while explaining what my options were for water filtration systems. As it turns out, I would be calling on them sooner than expected. One day last week our water began shutting off during showers. It would come right back on but it happened three times in less than 24 hours. The third time it stayed off indefinitely. This was a Thursday night. Consequently, we had no water for the night, having to use bottled water for ourselves and pets. In addition, no laundry, dishwashing or (even worse) flushing of the toilets. We were in a bind and with the weekend fast approaching, we were facing potentially three days without water. The wife called Rowan Well Drilling first thing Friday morning, and the staff was very helpful in walking me through a few simple procedures that could possibly fix the problem. When those failed, I called back and she immediately sent two technicians out to survey the well system. After a quick check, they determined the pump had given up. Life expectancy for the pump we had is 10-15 years, and this one was right around the 13-year mark. So they gave me a price on the spot, had the parts on the truck, and the equipment to do the job. By noon that day, they had the new pump installed and running water again. It was a huge relief! The pump they installed was an upgraded stainless steel unit with a 25 year life expectancy and a 5-year warranty. In addition, we bumped up from a 1/2 HP to 3/4 HP and 5GPM to 7GPM. Consequently, water pressure is much better too! I'm very pleased with not only the quality of service but the professionalism and sense of urgency that Rowan Well Drilling exhibits. I hate to give only 3 stars because the men that came out and did the repair on my well did a great job. The reason I give a low score is the owners wife Carrie. She called and left a voicemail two days after the repair was done asking about our financings. Then five days later I call to pay my bill and Carrie answers the phone. I politely say hello and my name then ask how are you today? She replies I'm okay who is this? Who are you with? Ever time I tried to explain who I was she cut me off and asked the same questions again. I finally got a word in edgewise and let her understand I wanted to pay my bill and need there address so I could come drop of a check. Then I get to the office and Carrie wasn't there so I talk to another lady and try to explain that Carrie had called me and said... then I got cut off by her and she said " are you just in a mood to bicker today?" I waited for my receipt and left. I will never go back there again! read more
