Between my wife and daughter they've failed to call in prescriptions at least 5 times over the past year. These prescriptions were needed for pain or urgent recovery, while the staff is nice their incompetent management needs a severe change. read more

I was as nice as I could be at this Drs office. I was greeted with no smiles whatsoever. I was bringing my daughter for a well check up (she's 10) , the least they could do was smile and make her feel a little more comfortable. We felt like an inconvenience to the nurse who brought us back. I don't recommend this practice at all. terrible experience. Waste of time and money. read more

I have been taking my 88 year old Aunt to Dr. Korrapati for the past several years for colon tests. He is a excellent Doctor. He explained the details to me very well and how she would be post op. He was very intelligent on aspects of the gastrointestinal field... Even maybe giving us just a little bit too much , info on the gastrointestinal.....But, He did answer all the questions, we had and showed us exactly what he was going to do on a computer screen, which was very helpful for my elderly aunt. If I had to go to him, I would feel very comfortable around him. I could see Dr.K being my Dr. in the future if needed. read more

Patients beware! I changed insurances shortly after becoming a new patient at RDC. I did everything right. I asked first. I gave new card. I followed up, confirming MORE than once. ROWAN DIAGNOSTICS (saw 2 healthcare providers here) TOLD ME THEY WERE FILING ON NEW INSURANCE BUT THEY LIED. I don't know how this is legal let alone morally ok but it has caused me serious trouble. I won't go any further except to warn all: get any change confirmations in writing as you can't trust your healthcare providers at all. 'Do no harm' apparently doesn't apply if capitalism principle is applicable. Now I'm uninsured and can't afford my medications. read more

Where do I begin? I walked in to this office today for the 1st time in my life. Very sick from peptic ulcer. Vomiting, hadn't been able to keep ANY food in my stomach for 4 days. I brought my records from the urgentcare from the day before which 'Dr' Korrapoti had no interest in looking at. He proceeded to talk only of a colonoscopy over and over. Ok fine. I cant keep down water and have had no rest. You want me to drink what??? Do that now??? Tonight?? A routine exam just because I turned 50 3 days ago? What about my tummy? 'Dr' Korrapati then told me I was a drug addict. WTF, I just moved here from Texas and cant belive what I am hearing. After furthermore checking his chart, he said he was wrong then walked out of the room. WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM. Nothing more said. Nothing. Im so sick and week I just dont understand. He did nothing to help me. This should be criminal. When I get better, Ill look into that aspect. BEWARE OF THIS 'Dr' Vaneet Korrapati. I WOULD NOT SEND ANY LOVED ONE OF MINE THERE. I have yet to even get to the facility and have found their customer service horrific. they refused to honor my request to switch my colonoscopy prep kit to a covered kit. they think I work for them and not the other way around. unbelievable!!! Well, my husband and I LOVE Rowan Diagnostics, our chosen doctor and her nurse, and all the specialty physicians we've met there over the time we've been patients. We find everyone, from the office staff to medical personnel, and care, exemplary! Our doctor never rushes us...is always friendly and always respectful. She, and her nurse, show proper concern and have always treated and advised us properly. Unlike the other practice we had been going to, we seldom wait longer that ten minutes to be seen. And we're always able to get an appointment within a few days. We also like the ease of reaching our doctor via this patient portal...we can immediately set up an appointment, request refills, and ask questions, which are usually answered within a day or so. Everything seems very well managed and streamlined, without losing the one-on-one, personal relationship we have with our physician. My husband and I have remarked many times how happy we are to have found Rowan Diagnostics. We highly recommend them with five stars! read more

I am so pleased with my provider, Dr. Amy Wilson. As a former patient of CHS-Northeast, I find the clinic organized, timely and staff is very professional. I can easily get answers to my questions. As an advanced practice nurse, I cannot say enough to express my satisfaction. President, Dr. Dari Caldwell's stamp of professionalism is certainly evident. I would not recommend this physician. She is only in the office two days a week. She doesn't put the patient first, does not seem to listen to your concerns, her treatment plan will be her way or no way; not willing to work witht he patient, phone calls do not get returned and if you are having labs done, you will not get the results until your returned appointment. Very poor customer service here with this physician read more
