I received text about my appointment, a reminder for my appointment, and even a follow after my appointment. I did make appointment as they do take walk ins as well but you may not get in as quick. Several people were there when I arrived but all seemed to be seen fairly quickly. While I was there, a woman fell when she got up and the doctor and nurse where by her side as soon as I was and I was 10' from her. Another gentleman was having issues in his car and the nurse went outside in 35 degree wet, rainy weather to attend to him. This is a care that is so seldom seen anymore and it was like just routine for them. I give them a huge attaboy and say keep up the great work. Yes, by all means I recommend this facility and I pray they don't change their mentality. A job well done!

Dr Kiran Jagarlamundi is so compassionate and understanding. He had spent so much time with me helping me with ulcerative colitis. When we lived in Greensboro I couldn't get any help beyond a mixed diagnosis. This level of care is something I have never seen!! He saw me for the first time on a Friday and the following Monday I had an colonoscopy and was diagnosed correctly!!! Since moving to the area, I have to say I've had to make several trips to White Oak Urgent Care…read morewith my little ones. Even though they are a walk-in only clinic and take no appointments, I was worried that we would have to wait a terribly long time. However, that has not been the case. They do a great job with moving patients through but also didn't feel rushed by the practitioners once we got back there. I took my 3 yr old twice in the last month and they have treated her like a princess. I'm so grateful they put her at ease because that calms a momma's heart. She was treated for an ear infection and a virus. Poor thing is always getting sick, but that's just this time of year. I'm very grateful for White Oak Urgent Cate and for the great care given to my daughter.

At each follow up visit she was told she was healing well and making great progress after her hiatal hernia surgery. When she expressed concern, she was told each issue was standard. Last Tuesday I took her for a follow up visit and she mentioned feeling breathless and losing weight. She was told they could do a chest X-ray but this was not performed. My mother had multiple health insurance policies and the means to pay for any procedure that was ordered. Now, a week later my mother is DEAD! Yesterday 10/23/2018 Dr. Malico consented to an autopsy per Wilma because my mother showed nothing that would have indicated she would have died or I would have found her deceased. Reneging on an autopsy after my mother has had no issues that would have resulted in her death. I had to contact the patient advocate today in order to be told the decision was reversed. This is not how I would expect a physician to treat a patient after finding out their patient has passed away.
