I recently became a patient of LeBauer Healthcare Grandover and I am very pleased with their…read moreservice and level of care. I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

Going to the doctor can make you nervous. I scheduled online. I received notifications via text,…read morephone and email for my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My wait wasn't long at all. Matter of fact, I pulled out my phone in the waiting area to play a quick game. I couldn't finish a round before my name was called. That is amazing to me...I can raise my hand if asked if I've ever waited in what feels like a waiting room purgatory. The nurse quickly got me checked in. She explained the process thoroughly. She was very friendly. My visit was to see Charlotte Nche. She is so nice and considerate. She answered all of my questions. The lab team was also friendly. Everyone seemed pleasant. I would highly recommend going. This location is clean, modern and based on my first impression, I think they take care of their patients. I got really good vibes during my appointment. Oh...before I forget, I got my labs literally the next day with a follow up phone call. I just love it when I strike gold with any business!

I received text about my appointment, a reminder for my appointment, and even a follow after my appointment. I did make appointment as they do take walk ins as well but you may not get in as quick. Several people were there when I arrived but all seemed to be seen fairly quickly. While I was there, a woman fell when she got up and the doctor and nurse where by her side as soon as I was and I was 10' from her. Another gentleman was having issues in his car and the nurse went outside in 35 degree wet, rainy weather to attend to him. This is a care that is so seldom seen anymore and it was like just routine for them. I give them a huge attaboy and say keep up the great work. Yes, by all means I recommend this facility and I pray they don't change their mentality. A job well done!

I asked him to direct me on how to place my shoulder on the table, and he proceeded to grab my arm without permission (I have a messed-up shoulder, by the way) and pulled it down very hard. I asked him why he would grab me that way. He said it's easier for him to do it himself than to explain.... excuse me! Then I see the doctor he asks me what was going on, I explained almost immediately he says to me if I have to do any paperwork about you going back to work I will be saying you can work... ummm first of all I never wanted to be out of work that is not me I'm actually on light duty. Still, my job requires full use of both my arms. How dare you assume and judge me? Needless to say, I will not return there!!!!!
