They touch you when you workout and press hard when you can't do what these uncertified trainers think is right. Lagree, pilates etc methods are about slow and controlled - Solidcore is giving CrossFit meets a 'pick me' group personas who want to be pilates influencers but are far from. They don't pause between moves and you'll spend most of your workout on lower body. No AC so the studios smell. And the auto doorlock with no one answering the phone to save on overhead is also an inconnvience. No dedicated parking at any location. Instructors themselves for the most part are not in shape at all.

They only offer three levels, and the main introductory class is especially limited. There's only one weekend option at 10 AM; otherwise, classes are scheduled at times like midday on a weekday, which isn't realistic for most people. The instructors are also hit or miss. I took a few classes with Priscilla and would highly recommend her! She was supportive, encouraging, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience with another instructor Nene. During one class, I was repeatedly called out in front of the group and asked multiple times if it was my first session. Instead of offering constructive guidance, the approach felt embarrassing and discouraging. It was especially disappointing given that it happened on my birthday, and ultimately it's the reason I chose not to return. In terms of pricing, it's fairly standard. They offer an introductory package (around $100), but memberships are quite expensive, and drop-in classes are about $40. Overall, I wouldn't return. I'd recommend looking for a more inclusive studio that offers better scheduling options and a more supportive environment for all experience levels.

It's not unusual for me to wake up in pain, walk to class, and then feel completely pain-free just minutes into the session. That alone feels nothing short of remarkable. Everything at this studio feels seamless from scheduling to class flow, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service and thoughtful training I received while adjusting to classes with a sore, healing body. Now that I'm doing so much better, I actually crave these classes because I always leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and emotionally uplifted. A special shoutout to Gabriel at the front desk, the incredibly kind staff member who onboarded me (I wish I remembered her name--she is wonderful too), and the phenomenal instructors Robyn and Monica. Everyone in the class was friendly and nice, and there was a good mix of experience levels. The instructor - Jeremy - made it fun and challenging while offering up good corrections. There are also video screens that show the exercises with countdowns, which I loved. I'm excited to take the other class formats. It's ideal that they have classes at lunchtime - it's a great way to de-stress and reset for the rest of the work day. Can't wait to be back!

I'm a member of equinox, and a few other local gyms and nothing like this has ever happened over years of visits. I've been to this location only twice, but every time I come here, I get bothered or confronted by this manager Avery. Maybe it's part of his job but very strange that he keeps tabs of everyone going into the bathroom. I'm sure it must make the women feel very uncomfortable. I injured my wrist recently, so it unfortunately takes about twice as long to take a shower so very strange. He keeps knocking on my door while I'm changing - while the other 4 bathrooms are open. If these managers are here to harass or keep tabs on customers, why even have them here? I also noticed over the past three years. The majority of the reviews were only one and two stars.
