I needed to digitize a dozen of old DV tapes and asked around from several companies I researched…read moreonline. The email and phone communication with the EcoScan Operations Director was prompt, professional, and included all the details I needed. That, plus the location of the company in VA, made me pick them. It turned out to be a great decision, as the experience was outstanding: the project was completed within the expected amount of time, with resulting high-quality videos uploaded in a Box.com account they created for me. My DV tapes were also shipped back to me promptly. I recommend their services wholeheartedly and will personally look for ways to use them in the future for other projects related to document/video management. =========== Update in Mar 2022, i.e. a couple of months after the previous review - Just did another project with Ecoscan, including digitization of a set of decade- old PAL VHS tapes - I am happy with the outcome, as the statement of work was completed on time and within budget. Also, we had 6 agents & staff that your employee had to walk past in order to get to the recycling container. If he came before 2:50pm, then he would have had to deal with the HVAC maintenance team that was servicing our unit this morning (which he did not). Also our account states that is a signature is required after every service trip and I didn't sign anything today (and it should show that on any receipt your employee shows you). This is also not the first time we've had an issue with your employees falsely stating they provided service to our office, which is why we started requiring a signature when you come to our office.
