I love local coffee! It's so nice that our local airport has this in the terminal. I've never got anything from here I didn't like & I always try something new. FAVS Lavender Latte Latte with almond milk, 1 pump Mocha & 1 pump Coconut FOOD I've never got any of their pastries but they do have some from Tea Bar & Bites so they've got to be delicious! FYI it can be a little backed up as they only have one or two employees working so plan accordingly because there could be a 5 -10+ minute wait. Also they charge extra for milk alternatives. read more

I ordered a cappuccino and a ham and gruyere croissant. The cappuccino comes in only large size!! It was not up to acceptable standard - lacked the froth in uniformity, the temperature was too high and the expresso seemed watered down ( probably too much milk or milk not foamed well). The croissant was pretty good. K recommend trying it warm. The store may be easy to miss since its facing the opposite direction when you are walking towards the gate from the security checkpoint. If you are near the CNBC store and do an about turn you'll see the store. Enjoy. read more

Way better than Starbucks!!! The service was great, guy behind the counter was very helpful and the drink was delicious. I order a Carmel latte and the taste was not bitter or too sweet. It had the right amount of everything. If I ever fly in to this airport again I will make sure to grab a cup before I go. read more

Be sure to specify if you do not want espresso in a chai latte!! Ordered a chai latte but could tell it was made with coffee. I brought it to the baristas attention and the woman at the register agreed that dirty chai's have espresso but a chai latte should not. The man making the drinks jumped in and said he makes all chai lattes with espresso because that's what latte means. (Not what latte means, btw). I said I can't drink coffee and ordered a matcha which THEY CHARGED ME for. I'm still baffled. That is horrible customer service from baristas that clearly need more training. read more

The old airport terminal in Springfield had a sit down restaurant with a very basic breakfast menu. The new terminal has only two choices, a Heroes Coffee and McCallisters. Both only serve pre-made breakfast sandwiches that are microwaved. Both are inexcusably horrible and absurdly expensive. Having choked down several of the McCallisters in the past, I decided to give Heroes a chance. The bacon, egg, and cheese, croissant is almost laughable. There is cheese, there might be some egg but barely, if there is bacon, the staff explains, it is crumbles. . . I didn't find any. So, I also asked for a bagel with cream cheese... their bagel is basically a croissant with a suggestion of a hole in the middle..... bearing no resemblance whatever to anything you might call a bagel. There is no excuse for having a captured audience and serving crap that is this bad. read more

What a great coffee shop! Whenever I go to the airport I always stop by and get a latte and a poptart. It is so so good, very reasonably priced. It is a local treasure to have at our airport. I wish sometimes it was on the other side of the TSA so I could stop by when I'm not flying. read more

As a coffee shop inside the terminal at a small airport, this place doesn't need to have quality coffee in order to get people to buy it. People buy coffee at airports no matter what. So the fact that they take pride in the quality of their coffee and actually offer an actual, real cappuccino, instead of sugar-laden, twice-burnt black caffeine-water. Excellent coffee, friendly staff, and delicious pastries. I want to pack this place in my carry-on and take it on the plane. read more

I love getting a drink here before a flight. I had a 24 hour flight delay recently so I had the pleasure of getting drinks here 2 days in a row. They use askinosie chocolate which is outstanding. My first drink was a s'mores frappe which was good but really tasted like just chocolate. The second one was The Hero which is dark chocolate and toffee. This was my favorite. It's no more expensive than any other local coffee shop in town either. I like this place quite a bit. read more

I was excited to grab a coffee between flights and so I ordered a chai tea latte (frozen) and was given an iced chai. No big deal, really, but the barista (not the cashier) was very rude about giving me the correct drink and had a foul attitude reminiscent of a middle schooler, not an adult at work. It was very unpleasant and the drink was basically just powder and milk blended with ice, not the best. I wanted to like it because it seems to be local owned but it was a bad experience. wait until you're out of the airport or go anywhere else. read more

This little place, in the middle of Springfield National Airport, serves the best coffee in Missouri! Such a shame that you have to be travelling to try it but definitely worth paying for a round trip just enjoy a great latte. read more

What? Has to come to Harrisburg for the BEST ice coffee ever?! Beats the pants out of Starbucks cold brew. (That's from a guys who flies for living and consumes staggering amount of caffeine products on daily basis). Small issue though: these guys use that popular iPad payment system that ask you to authorize the transaction and tip them. The tipping options are $3, $2, $1 and "No Tip". Really? Horrible coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spiced latte. I don't know what they gave me, but it wasn't pumpkin spice. While I was waiting for my coffee, man took his coffee back and said it doesn't taste right. I should have done the same. read more
