They quickly provided an estimate and helped me with my insurance company (who, naturally, dragged their feet). Three weeks later, I had my new windshield. On the way home, something wasn't right. Turns out there was a defect in the windshield (factory), causing a bifocal effect on the upper margins of the windshield. I brought it back to PG where they confirmed the problem. They ordered a new windshield, only to find that there were none in the system (there had been, but it was damaged by the supplier during shipping). Because it is an HUD windshield, it became more of a challenge. They wound up ordering from a dealer. Now, this is not my first rodeo, so when I got that phone call, I was less than optimistic. Got the call at the end of last week that the windshield was in, and scheduled for the following Tuesday. It's *perfect*. Another quality install and no hassle. No grief about the issues (I mean, it wasn't my fault, it wasn't theirs, but it's still a pain in the butt). STRONGLY recommend these guys!

I recently went to see the folks at Audiobarn to see if they could help me get an extra key made…read morefor my 1979 MGB. Prior to that, I spent time looking on my own, ordering blanks directly from England that didn't work, and finding nowhere around me that could cut a new key for me based on the worn one that I had. I was immediately helped by Pat, who quickly began looking for the appropriate blanks. He was professional and expedient, and was able to find blanks for me. He ordered them, and texted me when they came in. This is a very rare key blank to find. When I arrived at the store to see the blanks, Pat began cutting a copy of my key, which was very worn, as you can imagine, and not easy to replicate. However, he did a fantastic job, and with very little trial and error, cut me three new keys that worked better than the one I had. I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and overall representation of his business. I would highly recommend them for any audio or key issues people might have.

With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest.
