I've been going to PG since the late 80s when I needed a new windshield in my truck. I took my car…read moreto them (Exeter) when I caught a rock in March. They quickly provided an estimate and helped me with my insurance company (who, naturally, dragged their feet). Three weeks later, I had my new windshield. On the way home, something wasn't right. Turns out there was a defect in the windshield (factory), causing a bifocal effect on the upper margins of the windshield. I brought it back to PG where they confirmed the problem. They ordered a new windshield, only to find that there were none in the system (there had been, but it was damaged by the supplier during shipping). Because it is an HUD windshield, it became more of a challenge. They wound up ordering from a dealer. Now, this is not my first rodeo, so when I got that phone call, I was less than optimistic. Got the call at the end of last week that the windshield was in, and scheduled for the following Tuesday. It's *perfect*. Another quality install and no hassle. No grief about the issues (I mean, it wasn't my fault, it wasn't theirs, but it's still a pain in the butt). STRONGLY recommend these guys!

I explained that I had my first summer rental tenants coming on Saturday and I need two of the shower stalls (installed three years ago) repaired because of settling on our new home. My call to Dave was on Thursday and although they were swamped with business he asked one of his technicians Chris to be dispatched to do the repair the next day on Friday. Although Chris had to do some serious surgery on the stationary panel Chris did an amazing job in getting everything aligned properly on both shower stalls, and even returned to finish the second one with no additional charge. They are the best. Thanks to Dave, Chris, and Cassidy (the "dispatcher"). A great team!!! Ken Latour
