He told me a couple times when some challenges came up, "there are no problems, just solutions". And finally, his work is Top Notch. He took care of the permits, scheduled material delivery (and was there at the house to accept delivery), built the deck on budget and right on our schedule. He did the dry fit which looked awesome and it was better than I had envisioned. He helped me decide on the color of the grout too. I bought 6x24inch porcelain planks and the bathroom looks updated and awesome. He prepped the old floor making sure there would be no future leaks and took care of quirky imperfections that you'd never imagine were there. It took a couple of days to finish the project and I was amazed at how clean Kevin was. He made sure there was no mess and he swept the floor and stairs and made sure he left my place as clean as he could get it. One of my fears of hiring a contractor was the trepidation of what I'd have to clean up or fix after they left. No need to fear, Additionally and worth mentioning, he came on time showing up when he said he was going to be there. He does his best to work around the client's schedule and a true craftsman.
