They took 1.5 hours longer than expected to move my stuff. They did not do a pre-move inspection to determine how much stuff needed moving. The cost remained based on the hourly rate originally quoted, but definitely higher than anticipated. One of the movers broke my son's bed. There was no dispute that it needed to be replaced/fixed. Ian said he ordered the replacement part. Many attempts to contact have been made, but often the phone goes to voicemail, where you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. I have managed to contact him to determine when the replacement part would be delivered. We set up an appointment for today. And he's a no show. Unlikely I will get a follow up call. My son has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over 1.5 months, and I'm done with this company.

Darell then blamed me saying I told him there would be fewer items to move. The Care home will not be referring them again. What a despicable way to treat our seniors.

One of the boxes had expensive pots and pans plus some small items from the kitchen. Guess what, the box of expensive pots and pans did not arrive at my new address in Penticton. His team was excellent…read more Nol, himself makes excuses for all damage that is done, (floor scratches) and can be pretty insulting criticizing how things were left to move (like a swing that we had only partially dissembled. We did our best - we are not movers... Items didn't always get left where we wanted them - so no final walk through. We had a wine fridge (full size) that we now have to get another mover to move since he forgot to bring an appliance mover - after being in the home seeing it and being told 2x Very frustrating. All things being equal the move went smoothly - although over two days as opposed to one. Nothing got broken - which is good. We paid his bill for the first move when he gave us the invoice. We told him we'd pay for Sunday when they were done but he said he needed to work out the bill. He sent it the next morning Monday around 8:45 - by 11 am we were getting threatening and harassing texts and emails from him. Calling us 'ignorers and telling us we are not 'nice'. Said he had to block both our numbers so he wouldn't get 'peed off' and would be emailing us to 'avoid taking action'... Unprofessional, rude, aggressive and uncalled for. We are talking about $1,000 moving bill that would have been paid before end of the day. Not a great feeling and incredibly unprofessional. When we e transfered the funds we got a "FRAUD Alert" notice on our text from TD Bank and are now trying to figure out why by calling the bank.

As I didn't have a full load I opted to wait and share a truck with someone else moving to the Island. I moved and the truck came two weeks later.
