They took 1.5 hours longer than expected to move my stuff. They did not do a pre-move inspection to determine how much stuff needed moving. Ian said he ordered the replacement part. Many attempts to contact have been made, but often the phone goes to voicemail, where you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. I have managed to contact him to determine when the replacement part would be delivered. We set up an appointment for today. And he's a no show. Unlikely I will get a follow up call.
