I am a senior widow, and was quoted $9,200.+ to have new, good quality vinyl plank flooring…read morethroughout my 1200 sq. ft. home. It stretched me to the limit, but I robbed Peter to pay Paul, borrowed a bit temporarily, and got through. Brandon, the salesman/estimator/installer said he would check out their 0 int. loan program. But never did. I was told he would work alone, other than for calling in someone to help lift heavy appliances. His uncle was there helping every day!! I was told it would be finished in 3 days. After 4 days it was just short of half finished. But the worst was when it was finished. IT WASN'T!!! I loved the flooring!!! And most was laid nicely. But baseboards were roughly slapped on, pieces didn't quite reach the outer edges, and were just left as is. Walls had scrapes and chips taken out. The area surrounding my tub had a gaping strip that was bare all around, and cut roughly. In short, the finishing touches (or lack thereof) spoiled the appearance of the floor as a whole. I would never recommend this floor layer to anyone!!
