Then Alexa "the manager" jumped in and said Delia stepped out and regardless I would have to speak to her because She's the manager but then in the end she turned around and said let me ask my supervisor. While the whole time you couldn't get me to your supervisor now you just want to tell me sorry we can no longer service you! Incredibly crazy after they screwed up they definitely lost a customer! The dispatcher said AAA does not cover commercial vehicles. I explained it is not a commercial vehicle. It is my personal daily driver. They then said the van had to be emptied to be towed. I was in Santa Clarita needed to get it to my car alarm installer as I thought the issue was with my aftermarket car alarm not my battery. They charged me $350 to go 25 miles. No matter how many times I tell them that I own the car, they call me by my mother's name who helped Cosign. I've corrected them multiple times, all contact information should be for me, and I am the only one who brings the car into the dealership. Still, every employee, every email, and every call I get for the last three years calls me my mothers name. I make an appointment under my name, show up and introduce myself under my name, and two hours later they're calling my mothers name in the waiting room. Mind you, I've been here close to 10 times and corrected them more than that. I've given up. Every time I take my car here for an oil change and tire rotation it always, without a doubt, takes at least two hours, usually close to three. When I check in they always say an hour and a half. I pick the earlier appointments (today 8:30am) in hopes of them not being "backed up" quite yet but every single time they're "backed up". I bring my car here from Chatsworth, so I'm spending three hours in their waiting room. Writing this as I've been sitting here for two hours and she JUST approached me to say they're working on it, about 30 to 45 more minutes. I've seen two other people come and go from the waiting room since I've arrived. Now two and a half hours, just watched them drive my car into the shop. When you take your car to the dealership, you are expecting a higher level of service, sense of urgency, and courtesy, and you're paying for it too. You won't get that here.
