He even ran around the day prior to me meeting him to make sure the cars title was up to date. I had to drive about an hour away to get to him, but it was absolutely worth it. Nick left the car on the lift specifically so I could take a look under the car and he gladly popped the hood. He was very courteous and understanding. He disclosed anything and everything - I didn't have to question his honesty at all. He is very upfront. He allowed for me to take a test drive around the area and during the test drive he explained all of the details of the car - he also disclosed all of the improvements he had done to the car in the last month to get it ready to be sold. He provided a list as well and documentation as proof. I accepted the offer and Nick was patient enough to wait for me to go and grab a check from the bank. When I came back we had a brief talk about how to transfer the car, get a new registration and plates. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. Nick makes it simple, and easy. He did this all on his day off - I am so thankful to him. Nick just got a customer. Anytime I have an issue with my car, I will be going to Nick.

I had all sorts of issues with my car recently and brought it here. It's a small personable shop, friendly guys, timely, considerate and fair. They went above & beyond for me and weren't out to just make a quick buck off of me. As a woman who knows very little about cars I am very appreciative when it comes to business etiquette such as theirs. They did a great job, it's running well and didn't break the bank. As I mentioned before, they are a really nice group of guys. Mike was a sweetheart and a dog lover/rescuer too.. great mechanic and an animal lover.. how can you beat that?! (always a bonus in my book!) I rarely come across a garage where I feel I would be a return customer but would come back here in a heartbeat if I ever have any more car problems. He has always been fair with his prices and will not snow you into thinking something needs replaced if it doesn't. My transmission was giving me problems. I took it to Sal and he said let me try something first before we look at a new or rebuilt transmission. That was about 4/5 years ago. He has kept my 2004 Truck running. My husband also decided to stop taking his Mercedes to the dealer and is very happy with Sal's maintenance on his Benz. We also bought a used truck for our daughter and took it to Sal to get it up to snuff. He is and will always be our family mechanic as long as he is in business.

My car was in the shop from around 11 AM to 3:10 PM, and Thanh kept me informed with regular updates throughout the process. The pricing was exactly as quoted, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services. For example, they pointed out that my wiper blades needed replacing, which I already knew, but when I mentioned I could take care of it myself, they completely understood. They also readjusted a panel on the front of my car that had not been sitting flush for quite some time, securing it back into place at no extra charge. Thanh even sent me home with a few pricing options for new tires so I could compare them with other options and make an informed decision at my own pace -- again, with zero pressure. Most importantly, I could immediately feel the difference in how my car drives after the service. The brakes feel great, and the strange whooshing noise I had noticed is gone. Parts were not connected properly the trans dipstick was literally flopping around. Bolts were missing or loose. my son had to fix that! And even after it was taken back numerous times the last time being there for three weeks,it came back and it's still not running right, it's still banging into gear. Matt insists that unless they hear it, they can't fix it. Funny because, their mechanic heard it this last time and that's when they supposedly rebuilt PARTS of the transmission instead of a whole thing (as per what they're own mechanic said) AGAIN. Also, a mechanic friend of mine was riding in the truck to bring it over there and heard it And felt the truck bang into gear.This should be a business that's put out of business.
