First they ripped a whole in my new winter tire and had to order a new one to replace it. So this meant I had to cancel all my meetings for the next day since I didn't have my car. When I did get my car back the TPMS light was on. The guys in the shop had no clue about how to turn it off. One of them was googling it in front of me. Even after they 'fixed' it, the light came back on immediately. Then I found out that the stem valve on one of the tires was corroded- a fact that no one called me or told me about- EVEN AFTER PAYING AN EXTRA $25 FOR A TOP TO BOTTOM INSPECTION. Sitting in a Mavis right now to find out, once and for all, what the problem is. This is the 3rd day on a row that I have had to cancel all meetings. Please go to Olean, Hornell or even the Rochester to get car work done. The people at this place take advantage of the fact that they are one of the few car repair plces in the village. So they think they can get away with any kind of lazy, horrendous service.
