I recently purchased an Ampeg head that was toast and in need of repair. It turned out the head could not be repaired even after Ken took pieces from a donor amp that he had. Fast forward 3 weeks later after I couldn't sell it for parts and I ended up finding the main board new from Ampeg. Ken agreed to swap it out and also replaced the preamp tubes which were toast as well. This long winded story is an example of Ken's persistence and dedication to help his customers. That is why he comes so highly recommended.

She is always knowledgable and helpful, and if she doesn't have what I'm looking for, she can get it quickly. Joan is clearly a master of her craft with tons of experience. She also offered reasonable, practical, solutions and options to ensure optimal maintenance, for instance with maintaining ideal humidity levels in my home as well as potentially installing humidity controllers within the piano. Lastly, it's important to mention her prices were very reasonable. I can tell she really cares about what she does. On a side note, it was also extremely satisfying to watch and listen to her tune a piano. Very highly recommended!

Rich was available via both email and phone. He took time to consult me on replacing the hardware including back and forth communications as I had questions and uncertainties. He is there to help with ongoing service over the course of owning the guitar. Highly recommended!
