I renewed and pre paid for a year, have been charged, was told everything is good, and still have not been allowed to use my membership. Getting a hold of anyone with authority to fix my account is impossible, the employee I spoke to ranted about how terrible "these people are" [her managers, and she had know idea how I good contact anyone else about my membership. This gracious & humble host did not hesitate to invite us in (even my doggy!) and really take his time to show us the studio, explain the classes that are offered for ALL ages, and basically stress how serious they are about health and fitness with the biggest emphasis on stretching! Did you know that most injuries are caused due to lack of proper stretching? That is a fact. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. A staff member aggressively interrupted my workout multiple times, raised her voice at me in front of others, took unsolicited photos of me, and then escalated things further by calling the police--all without once calmly asking for clarification or reviewing the situation professionally. When I asked her for her name or the name of the owner, she refused to tell me anything. I was treated like a threat instead of a paying guest. And here's the worst part: when the actual owner was reached by phone, he confirmed that bringing Max was fine. This experience was not only humiliating, it was completely avoidable--and reflects a serious lack of training, emotional intelligence, and professionalism by your front-line staff. I was looking forward to joining. Instead, I walked out disrespected and appalled. Do better.
